I was, by profession, a dressmaker and has always loved embroidery and painting although I find drawing beyond me.
I am 82 have been making lace for some 23-24 years with Ann Day after seeing her demonstrating lace in Camberley Town Centre. I still enjoy trying new ideas or re-learning old ones as they become popular a second time around.

This was my first attempt at Honiton Lace.

This piece of Lace was kept on our walls because my Husband said that as I usually gave everything away this piece was to be kept.
Doll with lace edged petticoats
This doll took 15 years to complete.
